DurAlt really works. My truck has over 200,000 miles on the original engine. I was able to increase my trucks fuel economy from 11.5 to 13.6 mile per gallon pulling a 1200 lb trailer through the mountains of Wyoming, yes even through a snow and wind storm. I ran out of the product in Nebraska and my trucks fuel economy dropped back down to the 11.5 MPG. The truck ran smoother, and easier. We have been using the gas additive for about two years. At first I was skeptical about its claims of increased milage. Recently we went on a 3000 mile road trip. For the first half we used the additive but did not for the last half of the trip. Our average mpg with the additive was 24.3 mile/gallon. When the additive was not put in the tank, our mileage on similar terrain was 22.1 miles per gallon.
This works out at almost 10% improvement. Since the long trip we have done shorter trip comparisons and come up with 7-11% improvement in mileage by using the gas additive.

I've used Duralt since I was a teen with my first car in the mid 80's. I had a 66 Olds with a high compression engine. It needed premium leaded fuel. I would use the only high octane fuel available but without the needed lead, I was concerned about valve seat recession. My research at the time (I still have what Polar Molecular sent me at the time!) lead me to Duralt and have been a happy consumer of it since. We also had a 76 Dodge motor home and the 360 engine seemed prone to carbon buildup in the intake due to a bad choke system. On one cross country trip we were faithful to add the Duralt and a few thousand miles later the engine went from hesitation and sputter to smooth running. I've used it in my 99 Toyota Sienna too.
